  7. Boss!!! Incredible!!! I knew you were artistically talented, but never had the chance to hear or see it. First, it was really an awesome effort. Let me start with the Pluses.

    + Wonderful song selection. A song that allows the voices to be in the forefront. + Priya!!! She really has a great voice!!

    - Though I have a couple to quote, I guess, its not fair on me to quote it here right now as this is my first comment and I wish, I give some more time for me to judge. And also, I’m not a great muscician myself!!!!

    Still in some area you need to improve… while singing with ragam… concentrate little bit.. I don’t want to compare this song with original song …. You have good and unique voice….each and every singer should have unique voice….

  11. Well done Karthik & Priya! I never thought about your otherside, I meant abt your musicial interest :) Infact, the song selection was simply superb. I dont know whether the swaram is in sync with the original song as I’m not a full time musician but it was pretty good to hear. Keep it up and add some more efforts to maximise the horizon of becoming a full time musician ;)

  12. Karthik & Priya, I thought you both tried to emulate the original singers in terms of the modulation. Well nothing wrong in the first try though I feel that you should follow your natural instincts while emoting lyrics and thats why a SPB is different from Hariharan or a Janaki is different from Jaishree. I really have no knowledge about music and I may be wrong in my judgement as well.

    But one thing for sure!!! You both have great voices. I wish I was rich enough to hire you both to sing only for me :P . Just kidding!!! On a serious note, you both should try to professional singers!!

  35. hey really good machi…except u need to give a little more depth to emotions and try not to sing through ur nose..she s good at emotions…but wavered a little in her voice…a few touch to these will def abridge ur distance with professional singers..CHEERS buddy!!!
